Kids at play.  Lots of action at a Halloween birthday party.
Sometimes it pays to be nimble.  On an overcast day, a shutter speed of 1/640 sec. froze the action - needed an ISO of 400 to get the shot.
Busy pollinators. This photo was made with flash providing fill in light and freezing the action.  The background was under-exposed one stop to provide greater richness and color saturation.
Whoops!
Cabellas' dioramas make a visit to this sporting goods superstore a fascinating experience.

Favorite shot from Dani and Dom's wedding.  They did all the work on this shot, picking the location and choosing the pose.  Was great working with them!

Back-lit Canadian goose.  The challenge is in choosing the "best" exposure for the subject to reveal detail in the shadow area.  Order here.

Man and his dog. This is the season for things that go bump in the night...
