All the grand kids were over for Easter Sunday. After dinner they went off hunting for Easter eggs. Eli was awed by the wonder of it all. A lot of activity for a two year old...

Tom Kennedy, managing editor for multimedia at the Washingtonpost, delivers a message on the tremendous changes in journalism due to the revolutions we have today in technology at the Southwestern Photojournalism Conference in Fort Worth from February 29 thru March 2.

Working for tips. There are a lot of ways to make a living. Some are a lot harder than others. For the past few years he and his horse have been posing for pictures in native american dress.
I was almost run down by a parade of cowboys and cattle at the Fort Worth, TX stockyards. This historic district in Fort Worth is a fun place to spend an afternoon. While he is only going the wrong way, I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Had to scurry to get out of the way...
Three pix for Garrick. The ducks came back this week. Spring can't be too far away. We have a pair that visit us each year and spend time in the swimming pool as well as the creek out back.




Neighbors. There are a few trees between our house and the next one over. This shot shows a bit of the distance and space as the trees frame their home.
