Rosa celebrated her 84th birthday with us on Monday, Labor Day. It was a very special time as she shared how her mom taught her how to lay aside treasure in heaven. Rosa has been committed to missions almost all her life--traveling widely to visit missionaries and many countries through the years. Posted by Picasa

It is only a short ride from the house to enjoy a leisurely afternoon on the Delaware river. We went to Point Pleasant and tubed down the river enjoying several rapids. I almost went over on one of them. This scene is looking up river after one set of rapids. Posted by Picasa
